Notice of Adoption of a By-Law to Close a Road Pursuant to Section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001

Please be advised that, pursuant to Section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001, the municipal council of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet intends to adopt a by-law to close and transfer a part of an unopened road allowance situated between the properties bearing the civic addresses 545 & 547 County Road No. 9 in Plantagenet, described as being part 1 of survey plan 46R8299 and located in the former Village of Plantagenet, now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.

A public meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, at 205 Old Highway 17, in Plantagenet, on April 8, 2025.
