Township of Alfred and Plantagenet launches call for proposals to operate Lefaivre

The Township of Alfred and Plantagenet is seeking an operator for the Lefaivre municipal marina for the 2025 summer season. 

Situated on a picturesque site, the Lefaivre marina stands out as the only gas station to operate in Ontario along more than 88 km of shoreline on the Ottawa River between Ottawa and L'Orignal. The Township wishes to establish a long-term partnership with a seasoned businessperson, with the aim of improving the service offer to boaters, revitalizing the Lefaivre waterfront and maximizing the tourism potential offered by the Lefaivre marina site. 

Interested parties have until March 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to submit a proposal via the Bids and Tenders website.
