There are currently no special collection dates for leaf and yard waste. However, residents can bring the following to the Alfred Landfill located at 3420 Concession 4, free of charge.

  • Grass and leaves
  • Small branches (2 inches or less)

Please note that the landfill is only open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
